Every meter of ATONE cable passes automatic online critical-diameter control and high-voltage spark testing at 1100 V — so weak insulation never leaves our plant. We draw only pure electrolytic-grade copper and premium EC-grade aluminium, extrude specialised PVC and XLPE compounds, and coil, emboss and reel each run ready for site, store or export container.
Across 6 cable product lines — submersible flat, FR/FRLS building wire, flexible round, single-core panel wire, solar PV and XLPE aluminium armoured & unarmoured power cable — we build to IS 694, IEC 60227, BS 6004/6500, IEC 60502 and EN 50618.
