Raw material
Electrolytic copper · EC-grade aluminium
Only pure electrolytic-grade copper and premium aluminium enter the plant. Every batch is verified before it touches a drawing die.
ATONE™ CABLES & WIRES · RAJKOT, INDIA · 10+ YRS

Every meter of ATONE cable passes automatic online critical-diameter control and high-voltage spark testing — so weak insulation never leaves our plant. Pure electrolytic-grade copper, precision extrusion, and a decade of manufacturing discipline from Rajkot to the world.
From our plant in Rajkot, ATONE has spent ten years refining one obsession: cable that never becomes the weak point. Sophisticated extrusion machines, qualified technical hands, and a spark test that interrogates every single meter before it ships.
Upfront, visible and consistent in every action — from quotation to quality report.
A young, dynamic work environment where innovation is standard operating procedure.
Focused on company objectives and customer needs — every coil, every delivery.
One continuous line. Five checkpoints. Scroll to follow the cable through the plant — nothing moves to the next stage until it earns it.
Electrolytic copper · EC-grade aluminium
Only pure electrolytic-grade copper and premium aluminium enter the plant. Every batch is verified before it touches a drawing die.
Multi-die precision drawing
Rod is drawn and annealed into finely stranded conductors on sophisticated multi-die machines — stranding to IS & BS standards.
High-speed PVC / XLPE extrusion
Fully automatic extrusion lines apply specialised PVC and XLPE compounds while online critical-diameter control watches every micron.
1100 V spark test · every meter
High-voltage spark testing interrogates the full length of insulation. A weak spot anywhere means the meter never ships.
100 – 1000 m coils · wooden reels
Finished cable is coiled, embossed with the ATONE mark and packed on wooden reels — ready for site, store or export container.
Coiled. Marked. Shipped.
100–1000 m coils on wooden reels, embossed with the ATONE mark.
Follow the line from a farmhouse borewell to national infrastructure — the same spark-tested construction underneath.
FR / FRLS building wire that keeps homes safe — flame retardant, low smoke, high conductivity.
Flexible round cables feeding offices, retail and HVAC — engineered for continuous duty.
Armoured aluminium power cables carrying three-phase supply across demanding plant floors.
Submersible flat cables powering pumps and solar water systems 500 metres down.
Sewage treatment, mine de-watering, sea-water handling — cable that survives the hard sites.
No third shift shortcuts. Every construction is checked against the standards it claims — and every meter faces the spark tester before it earns the ATONE mark.

AUTO-REJECT
Automatic online critical-diameter control watches the extrusion line continuously — insulation that drifts out of tolerance never reaches the reel.

From power utilities and EPC majors to pump makers and building-material leaders, these are the teams who specify ATONE cable across their sites — because a system is only as reliable as the cable that powers it.

From Rajkot to thirteen-plus countries — ATONE reels ship to contractors, utilities and distributors across five continents.
